We love all of our clients at Sculpt Studio of Hair, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Our appointment policy:
Please be courteous of your stylist’s time. We require a minimum of 48 hour notice of cancellation. We realize from time to time that things happen, however if you habitually cancel your appointment at last minute or do not show up you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to schedule future appointments. No shows and habitual cancellations will no longer be able to schedule ahead or be a standing. Our team works on commission. When you don’t show up or cancel at the last minute both your stylist and our salon loses revenue. You also take away from another client who would have been happy to have that appointment. We appreciate your understanding with this matter.
Kindness policy
In our salon we believe in being kind to others. Sculpt Studio of Hair is a no place for hate salon. We ask you to be kind and courteous to others as well as our team. It is important to keep the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Our salon is a place to come in and relax. We ask that all electronic devices are silenced as it can be very distracting to others when they are trying to relax.
