We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our guests:

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% service fee.

At Sculpt Studio of Hair, we take great pride in the quality of our work and strive to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for.
Because of the time, products, and personalized care that go into every appointment, we do not offer refunds on services.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are not fully happy with the result:

Please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment.

We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment with the same stylist, based on your original consultation and service.

Adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment date.
Kindness policy
In our salon we believe in being kind to others. Sculpt Studio of Hair is a no place for hate salon. We ask you to be kind and courteous to others as well as our team. It is important to keep the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Our salon is a place to come in and relax. We ask that all electronic devices are silenced as it can be very distracting to others when they are trying to relax.
