All of our services are non-refundable. If you are not 100% satisfied with any service, please let us know right away. We will do our best to make any adjustments while you are here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.
Hair & Skincare
UNUSED HAIR & skincare products may be returned for a full refund within 10 business days. Lightly used hair or skincare may be exchanged within 10 days for a new hair or skincare product. Customized skincare is non-refundable.
Clothing, Accessories
& hot tools
UNUSED CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES & HOT TOOLS MAY BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE ONLY IF THEY ARE IN NEW CONDITION WITH THE TAGS ON.
